UCF begins a new stage in its activities!

The Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF) begins a new stage in its activities with the election of a new Executive Director! A thorough selection process was conducted for this important position, where each candidate presented not only her program of development of the Foundation but also demonstrated a strategic vision and willingness to work within the framework of the approved UCF strategy.

During the interviews, members of the Supervisory Board were actively involved in the discussion, asking questions about various aspects of the foundation's work, and checking how well the candidates understood the challenges faced by the UCF and how they planned to address them.

The interviews were broadcast online, which allowed the public not only to follow the process in real-time but also to assess the professionalism and competence of each candidate. This approach to publicity and openness is an example of a responsible approach to the management of public institutions.

Based on the results of the competitive selection, the UCF will continue its further activities under the leadership of Anastasia Obraztsova. We will closely follow her first steps in her new position. There are new challenges and prospects ahead for the development of Ukrainian culture.
