The ILI has prepared a document that will help victims of Russian aggression to submit an application to the Register of Damages Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
It is based on the official documents of the Register and is intended to help victims to get clear and concise information on the possibility of filing an application and the steps to be taken.
📖 What does the manual contain?
✅ General information on the functioning of the Register
✅ Information on the available categories of applications for both individuals and legal entities
✅ Necessary steps for preparation and rules for submitting an application
We are also launching a series of infographics on specific categories of applications. We encourage them to be actively disseminated so that every victim is aware of their right to register their losses in the Register and be able to claim compensation in the future!
The Registry is the first element of the International Compensation Mechanism that does not make decisions on compensation payments. Its task is to collect, verify and store information for the future Compensation Commission.
