The ILI pointed out the main aspects of the ARMA's activities to be regulated by the draft law No. 12374-d

On 26 February 2025, a working meeting of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy was held to discuss the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes and Improving Asset Management Mechanisms’ (Reg. No. 12374-d, second reading).

The Analytical Centre took part in the public discussion of the proposed amendments and made proposals to improve the procedure for managing seized assets, in particular, the importance of a high-quality identification of assets, their valuation and the formation of a management plan, the consolidation of the criteria by which seized assets will be divided into types and the need for a transparent procedure for selecting managers of seized property.
