The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has adopted a resolution calling the Russian Federation a terrorist regime
This was reported by the ‘European Truth’.
‘At the autumn session of the PACE, which continues in Strasbourg, a document entitled “Further escalation of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine” was presented on Thursday,’ the statement said.
The document was adopted unanimously, with 99 deputies present in the hall voting in favour and one abstention.
The resolution also included an amendment calling for the provision of air defence systems to Ukraine.
Thus, PACE became the first international organisation to recognise Russia as a terrorist state.
