The defendant is the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus, and the third party, which does not assert independent claims, is PJSC «МОТОР СІЧ».
The statement on the website of the Ministry of Justice states that the Ministry of Defence of Belarus, acting in the interests of the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation, participated in the preparation of armed aggression against Ukraine, provided Russia with the territory, civilian and military infrastructure, as well as provides and stores weapons, ammunition, equipment, and other tools necessary for waging war against Ukraine.
This is great news, as Belarus has been an accomplice of Russia since the first day of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine and must be held accountable for its crimes.
