The ILI continues to monitor the confiscation of assets of Russians and collaborators of traitors to Ukraine

A full list of HACC decisions, reasons for the sanctions and the amount of assets recovered for the state revenue is available on the Confiscation Tracker website at the link.

The court's decisions concern:

8️⃣ politicians who, among other things, voted in favor of adopting laws on the ‘accession’ of the occupied territories of Ukraine to the Russian Federation;

7️⃣ oligarchs and companies that finance and provide equipment to the Russian army;

3️⃣ Rectors - signatories of the appeal of the Russian Union of Rectors of 4 March 2022, which supported Russia's invasion of Ukraine;

1️⃣ a blogger-propagandist who supported Russia's armed aggression and called Ukraine a ‘region of Russia’;

6️⃣Traitors and collaborators, including former President Yanukovych, who sided with Russia after the annexation of Crimea in 2014 and the full-scale invasion.
