The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption has prepared a new list of 1,043 individuals and legal entities involved in the war against Ukraine.
This was reported by the NAPC press service.
"This is the 16th list of “candidates” for international sanctions that the NACP has sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Office of the Prosecutor General. This work will help in implementing measures to expand the sanctions lists of partner countries, bringing to criminal responsibility, blocking assets and resolving the issue of their recovery in favour of Ukraine and its citizens," the statement said.
In total, 16.5 thousand individuals and 3.7 thousand legal entities have been added to the lists.
The current list includes:
- the leadership of regional branches of the United Russia party;
- companies that produce and distribute anti-Ukrainian literature, some of whose publications contain calls for the violation of Ukraine's territorial integrity and distort history. Russia's largest publishing houses, Exmo and AST, as well as the large chain of bookstores Chitai-Gorod-Bukvoid, were added to the lists.
The list also includes Arkady Dvorkovich, the President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) and former Deputy Prime Minister of Russia.
