‘In addition, a number of Russia's collaborators in the occupied territories have been sanctioned, including Kirill Stremusov, Kherson region governor Vladimir Saldo and Mariupol “mayor” Konstantin Ivashchenko,’ the report says.

According to the newspaper, restrictions were also imposed on the Skolkovo Foundation, Institute and Technopark, co-owner of Fosagro Andrei Guryev, Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, and its owner Viktor Rashnikov, Dmitriy Pumpyansky, the former main co-owner of Pipe Metallurgical Company; Andrei Melnichenko, the founder of Eurochem and SUEK; and Alexander Ponomarenko, co-owner of Sheremetyevo Airport.
