The Institute of Legislative Ideas is expanding its team. We are looking for a Legal Analyst
Our team deals with collecting reparations from the aggressor state in favor of Ukraine. We study and cover the issues of accounting for war damage, sources of funding for Ukraine, and management of accumulated assets. The ILI also works on improving anti-corruption and sanctions legislation in Ukraine and eliminating corruption risks in certain areas of the state's activity.

Responsibilities:
- analysis of public policies, legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft legal acts;
- conducting research, preparing analytical notes, and briefs, and developing recommendations for the authorities;
- interaction with stakeholders, participation in working groups, round tables, conferences, etc;
- participation in communication and advocacy campaigns.
Terms and conditions:
- payment is determined by the results of the interview;
- full-time employment;
- cooperation on the terms of a contract with an individual entrepreneur;
- work from the office in the center of Kyiv;
- a probationary period of 1-2 months;
Requirements:
- higher legal education
- 2 years of relevant work experience in preparing analytical studies or legislative expertise is welcome;
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of corporate and/or criminal and financial law is desirable;
- Experience in local self-government, executive authorities, or the public sector will be an advantage;
- English - Upper-Intermediate;
- Communication skills, attention to detail, stress tolerance, commitment to the ILI mission, and desire for professional development;
Stages of competitive selection:
