As a result of the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy held on 15 February, comments to 2 draft laws based on the findings of our team's anti-corruption expertise were taken into account!

The Committee members discussed the draft laws and took into account the comments of our experts. Namely:

Draft Law No. 5766 ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Impact Assessment” on Improving the Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure’

Draft Law No. 2805-d ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Agricultural Receipts” and Certain Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Functioning and Circulation of Agricultural Receipts’
