‘In this case, we understand that in fact Russia and Putin's henchmen do not call it a war... they call it a special operation,’ said Maksym Dyomin.
Ukraine has introduced the legal regime of martial law because we are defending ourselves.
‘The defending state must actually introduce this regime to accumulate all human, financial, material resources - any resources - and thus keep the defence,’ explained the legal analyst.
