Draft Laws No. 7356 and No. 7382 have been registered on the website of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to Draft Law No. 7356, violators will be punished with a fine of UAH 170 to UAH 17,000.

The penalties will be imposed for violation of

• restrictions on the sale of medicines;
• restrictions on the sale of alcoholic beverages;
• curfews;
• special light camouflage regime.

The restrictions will apply during martial law.

According to the draft law No. 7382, drunk drivers' cars may be confiscated for the needs of the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the State Emergency Service.

The requirements and penalties for offences are established exclusively during martial law and the state of emergency.
