Tetyana Khutor, Head of the ILI, and Martyna Boguslavets, Executive Director, presented our work on compensation for damages from the aggressive war of the Russian Federation and the reconstruction of Ukraine during a meeting with ambassadors to the Council of Europe
In particular, Tetyana Khutor presented 10 steps to compensate for the damage caused by the confiscation of Russian assets (both private and state) and a presentation of our Global Tracker of Russian Asset Confiscations Worldwide.
Martina Boguslavets - the main conditions for transparent reconstruction of Ukraine, as well as public control over international aid funds. To this end, the Rise Ukraine coalition will soon launch the DREAM reconstruction management system, which will allow us to monitor every stage of the reconstruction project.
Our goal is for 23,000 victims to receive compensation not only during their lifetime but also for the fund to be filledwith money until the end of the war.
The conference was organized by the delegations of Ukraine and Sweden to the Council of Europe. The event was attended by ambassadors from more than 30 countries, diplomats, politicians, and civil society representatives.
