It is his candidacy that will be recommended for approval by the Cabinet of Ministers by the competitive commission for the selection for the post of head of the NACP.

He received the highest score for the strategic vision of the NAPC development, as well as the highest score on the results of testing for general abilities.

At the final interview, Viktor Pavluschik noted that the work will focus on de-bureaucratization and informatization of the NACP. Among the challenges, he called the personnel policy of dubious quality. He emphasized the need to resume competitive personnel selection, as is done in NABU.

According to the procedure, the commission recommends the winner of the competition for approval by the Cabinet. The government appoints the head of the NACP for 4 years.

Recall that 64 candidates went to the head of the NACP, of which 51 were allowed to be tested, 24 candidates entered the 2nd stage of the competition, and the detailed information on each of them was analyzed by the ISI. 10 candidates were invited to the final interviews.

ISI monitored each stage of the competition, analyzed information on candidates, and sent checklists and lists of questions for integrity interviews to the commission.

We stressed the need to publish practical written tasks, which were carried out by the commission. It is also worth publishing the results of the evaluation for each of the candidates.
