The Institute of Legislative Ideas announces a tender for the procurement of producer services within the framework of the project ‘Information Digest on the Reconstruction of Ukraine’, supported by the European Endowment for Democracy (EED)

This announcement is an invitation to participate in an open tender for the procurement of services in accordance with the Procurement Policy of the NGO ‘Institute of Legislative Ideas’.

THE PRODUCER'S SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WORKS

• creation of a cycle of ten social and analytical programme episodes on the topic of recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine: pre-production, production, post-production;
• creation of 10 programme episodes lasting 13 minutes each;
• creation of a capture video and other videos for social media.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER:

Both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are invited to participate in the tender. The Contractor who intends to participate in the tender must send the Tender Documentation to office@izi.institute or to the postal address 01023, Kyiv, 20 Esplanadna St., office 1006, by 25 August 2023, 18.00 Kyiv time, containing the following:

1. Information about the supplier, confirmation of the participant's professionalism and expertise in the field of work performance;
2. Price offer in the form of an itemised invoice/estimate/price list;
3. Copies of the supplier's registration documents Copies of the registration documents (extract from the Unified State Register of State Registration, taxpayer's certificate/reference, other permits, licences and documents, if any).

The subject of the email should be ‘Tender for the purchase of producer services’

SELECTION CRITERIA:

• professionalism in the field of work;
• experience in providing such services to Ukrainian non-profit organisations or international non-governmental organisations will be an advantage;
• cost of services;
• professional staff with knowledge and experience in the field;
• ability to provide services within the specified timeframe.
