On 10 February 2025, representatives of the Institute of Legislative Ideas joined an open discussion of legislative initiatives to improve the work of the ARMA together with MPs, experts, insolvency officers and private enforcement officers, initiated by the ARMA.

‘We have deliberately gathered the widest possible range of experts to hear different professional positions. Our goal is to create the most transparent and efficient mechanism for managing seized assets. We are interested in hearing all expert opinions and professional positions,’ said Olena Duma, Head of ARMA.

The real problems of managing seized assets were considered from the point of view of the entity that will carry out the management - an insolvency officer or a private enforcement officer. We expressed our position that it is necessary to focus on the types of assets and develop an approach to management depending on their characteristics.
