The Institute of Legislative Ideas is launching a two-level educational programme consisting of a one-month online intensive course and a one-month internship
This opportunity opens the door for students and graduates who want to gain practical experience in the field of the leading areas of the ILI's activities: anti-corruption, sanctions, reparations and cultural.
The programme is aimed at 4th year undergraduate students, master's students and graduates majoring in law, international law/relations, political science, economics, public administration, cultural studies. Participation is possible from any region of Ukraine. Fifty participants will be selected from all applications.
The programme consists of two stages:
✅ Online intensive (1 month)
The training will cover four key areas of the ILI's work:
🔹 Anti-corruption policy;
🔹 Sanctions policy;
🔹 Reparations mechanisms;
🔹 Cultural policy.
The format of the classes includes two online meetings per week. The first meeting will be devoted to theoretical material presented by leading ILI experts, with the opportunity to ask questions in real time. At the end of the meeting, participants will receive a practical assignment to complete and submit for review. The second meeting of the week will be devoted to the analysis of papers, error analysis and answers to questions.
✅ Internship at the ILI (1 month)
Based on the results of the training, 4-6 best participants will be selected and given the opportunity to undergo an offline internship at the ILI think tank. They will be able to work with real cases, be involved in research, and receive recommendations for further career development.
Prospects after completing the programme:
🔹 Employment: the most successful interns will be offered to join the ILI team.
🔹Certificates: all participants who successfully complete the training and internship will receive certificates.
🔹 Final forum and networking: graduates will be able to present their achievements to public sector experts, find new contacts and opportunities for professional development.

The training will take place on the Google Classroom platform, which will allow for efficient organisation of the workflow and interaction between participants and mentors.
