In particular, the following innovations are alarming
- the possibility of creating private control over developers. This means that a developer can choose a private controller to check its activities. Moreover, this provision is not entirely consistent with the Constitution;
- the employees of such private business entities are not subject to the provisions of the Law ‘On Principles of Preventing and Combating Corruption’. This creates grounds for corrupt practices.
