Education:
Master’s degree in law from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. PhD student in the field of Criminal Law. Graduate of the programs “Investigating and Prosecuting Official Corruption” (Ceeli Institute of Prague (Czech Republic)) and “Leadership” (Georgetown University, Washington, DC (USA)). Certified specialist in Corruption Prevention (ACREC).
Professional activity:
Since 2016 – Head of the Council of Public Expertise under the Committee on Prevention and Combating of Corruption of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Worked in the senator’s legislative office (Massachusetts State House, USA, Boston) as part of the Professional Fellowship Program. For 2 years headed the legal (legislative) office of the Chairman of the Committee on Prevention and Combating of Corruption of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Co-author of draft laws on anti-corruption courts, unlawful enrichment, restriction of parliamentary immunity, simplification of the exercise of the right to vote for Ukrainian citizens abroad etc.
For the last 5 years has been working in the area of legislation development and analysis.
Lecturer of educational programs in the field of anti-corruption legislation, parliamentary procedures, advocacy and mechanisms of anti-corruption expertise.
