Practical recommendations on how to write a draft law without corruption-causing factors?

The document combines simple and practical recommendations for MPs and members of their teams to draft laws without corruption-causing factors. In addition, it is intended to help understand by whom and in which cases the already submitted draft law can be recognized not to meet the requirements of anti-corruption legislation. The recommendations aim to eliminate or minimize corruption risks caused by the shortcomings of legislative initiatives and to help improve the quality and effectiveness of legislation.

The publication was developed as part of the EU-UNDP Parliamentary Reform Project.
