Anti-corruption expertise is a tool for identifying corruption risks in legislation, which is often a litmus test of its quality.

Anti-corruption expertise helps to make the rules transparent and avoid corruption components. This tool is designed to prevent adopting legislation that can be used by unscrupulous officials for abuse of their functions.

Results:

Over the past six years, we have analyzed more than 8000 draft laws and identified corruption-causing factors in 984 of them. The level of consideration of our conclusions by state bodies is 88%.
